VIDEO FAB: The Dream's "ROC"

The Dream has released a visual for his latest single "ROC." Watch it inside......

The Dream recently dropped a video for "ROC," which will appear on his fourth LP, The Love IV: Diary of a Madman.

You can catch him performing the track live on his "Kill The Lights" tour beginning in March.

Watch it in full below:

DMX Talks RAP BEEF With Jay-Z, Says He's Not Feelin' Drake Or Rick Ross Either

Promoting his upcoming album Undisputed (March 27), DMX stopped by The Breakfast Club where he talked about Jay-Z being jealous of his talent, why he never recorded an album with Ja Rule and what rappers he likes and doesn't like.  Listen to it inside....

During his interview with TBC, it became apparent that DMX is actually pretty funny.  He's surprisingly quick witted and had a joke for everything.

But when the subject of beefs came up, he became extra serious.  He said he thinks Def Jam stopped focusing on him as an artist AFTER Jay-Z took the reigns.  He pretty much said Jay was jealous of his talent and wanted to take out the competition.

He said the album with Ja Rule never happened because of their egos.

And he jokingly said he doesn't like Rick Ross lyrically....and added that he talks about food entirely too much.

He then dissed Drake saying, "I don't like anything about Drake.  I don't like his voice.  I don't like anything he talks about.  I don't like his face....."

Damn.  Everybody's hating Drizzy these days.  Also, X told a funny story about the time he impersonated a cop.

These YBF chicks are new moms, professionals, wives, and more...and they spent their time before today's annual ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood luncheon getting it right and tight with celebrity fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins.

Yesterday afternoon on the rooftop of the L'Hermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, plenty of YBF chicks hit up the Nike Fuel Band Rooftop Yoga Sculpt Workout for the Essence Black Women in Hollywood luncheon.  With the help of celeb trainer Jeanette Jenkins, all of the women received a NikeFuel Band as they enjoyed a Yoga Sculpt class...topped off with spa treatments and breakfast.  Nice!

In attendance: (l-r in pic above) Editor-in-Chief of Essence Magazine Constance White, Nia Long, Robi Reed (leading Hollywood Casting Director), Anika Noni Rose, Kelly Rowland, Eva Marcille, Kimberly Elise, Jeanette Jenkins & Nicole Ari Parker.

Nicole also handed out her new Save Your Do hair bands she created with hubby Boris Kodjoe.  And the ladies kept it cute even while sweating it out.

Actress (and newlywed) Jurnee Smollett also hit up the event.

Nia's looking great after birthing 3-month-old Kez Sunday.
